Ladies- at what point do you decide a man is just not into you vs a bad texter

I’m (24f) back in the dating scene and on the dating apps again after a long term relationship- and listen, I know men are known for not being the best at responding in a timely manner – and even when I was on the apps years ago I remember it being like this- I 100% get that these guys don’t know me, I dont know them, we’re simply matching on a dating app- they dont have to jump immediately when I text. We all have lives and jobs – But at what point do I say ok the communication just isn’t there vs being like no men just stink at texting in a timely manner and give some grace. For example: There’s a guy I’ve been talking to for a few days even and going out and getting drinks came up, but he’s the worst texter , I’m still waiting on a reply to a question i asked him yesterday evening.. and i know not everyone is into texting but over 15 hrs no reply is excessive imo- so where do we draw the line and say yeah no this is not it
