Being chubby isn’t the reason why you’re single.

I lost my chub, I wasn’t obese, just chubby but it was very evident on my face, I thought I looked like a blowfish.

But I still was getting dates as a chubby guy. In fact, some girls at the gym that knew me before I lost the excess fat were like “OH NO! WHERE R UR CHUBBY CHEEKS!?”.

So, yeah, exercise for health but don’t obsess about body fat %. Being lean and muscular is great but not if it affects your mental health.

I only mention this cos it is insane how much of the advice offered to men is “get ripped” without regards to what it might mean for some people (not everyone can get there without risking an eating disorder or other damage to their mental health).

It’s likely not the reason you’re single unless you’re medically obese.
