Dating a crazy girl. Need to end it nicely

I’m currently dating a girl that is just not my thing. Only been dating less than 2 months and so much insane shit has happened that im just caught off guard. I want to end it nicely, honestly she’d be a great friend to have, just not a lover. Any way to end things in which i could keep her as a friend.
