How to flirt with women without being creepy or boring?

I’m 24M and I can have normal conversations with women about work, hobbies, current events whatever. But I never seem to create that spark or chemistry. Like I’ll talk to a girl for 20 minutes and she’ll be friendly but there’s zero romantic tension.

I see other guys who can joke around and have this playful energy that makes girls laugh and seem genuinely interested. Meanwhile I’m over here discussing the weather like we’re at a business meeting.

I’ve been thinking about using some AI text generator to help me come up better responses but that feels so fake. Like what if she asks me something and I’m frantically typing into ChatGPT trying to figure out what to say back? That can’t be the way.

How do you guys naturally build that flirty vibe without coming across as a creep or trying too hard? What am I missing here?
