Personality is great but sex is HORRIBLE

Dear community,

I really don’t know what to do. I am dating someone for a few months now and we’ve had sex multiple times. He is a great person, funny, kind, has values, but there is this one thing that is really bothering me. His penis is very small; what usually is not a problem but I literally feel nothing besides him moving. Also the sex lasts no longer than 2 minutes. It ends before it has started for me. Unfortunately he isn’t good with his hands either. I don’t know how I can address this and also if there’s more potential to improve.
