When you get rejected, block, delete, take your L and keep it moving.

I see a lot of people who when they are getting rejected still wanted to keep up with the person who rejected them. Don’t. It’s a waste of time. Stop following them on IG and making fan fiction about what their stories mean, like whether they are sending you subliminal messages. They aren’t. They don’t want you. They’ve have made that clear. You following them around like a sad puppy only makes you feel and look pathetic. Block them. Delete their contact. Remove them from your life. It sucks yeah you wanted someone who didn’t want you, it is what it is. Unfortunately that’s just life and dating, take your L and keep it moving.

Always remember when someone “conveniently” misses your texts, takes long hours/days to reply, leaves you on read…it’s purposeful 100% of the time. It’s never a coincidence, it’s never that they don’t have time, they just don’t like you like that. They may care about you, I can’t tell you they don’t, but they don’t care enough about you for it to matter. You sitting around hoping they’ll change their mind or wanting to stick around and be in their presence is just you embarrassing yourself and making you feel worse. Move on with your life. You’ll be better off.

Don’t listen to people who say “blocking is immature” how? If your goal is to date someone, they tell you they don’t want you, the fuck do you need their number for? We aren’t gunna be friends, we aren’t gunna talk I’m not hoping they’ll rethink it and change their mind…I’m blocking them so we don’t have access to each other. And why would they want to follow someone they rejected? Don’t worry about what they are doing with their lives, move on with yours.

Also this advice IS NOT for people who are genuinely open and good with being friends with the person who rejected them. If you want a genuine friendship, I am not talking to you. Go ahead and engage, nothing wrong with thay if it’s what you both want.
